Service Support
Service Support encompasses the support necessary to ensure service quality which
includes Incident Management & Problem management. Service support comprises
of two disciplines
- Automation Infrastructure Management
- Ongoing Service Management
It encompasses the support processes necessary to ensure service quality.
Service Support is generally hired by a company to oversee and maintain their
hardware and software systems used for our track and trace solution. Our skills
assist the company in resolving technical issues which arises during operations. PSL
will help in integration by diagnosing and troubleshooting common problems
which arises in the visibility network.
We will provide first-hand technical support for clients experiencing any issues on
a service support contract. Our team to be responsible for installing new visibility
network systems, resolving hardware issues, upgrading software, troubleshooting
network systems, and providing general support.
